Description
Calmatonine XR Bicapa is a complementary food designed with advanced dual release technology (immediate + prolonged) that allows a fast and sustained calming effect.
It includes ingredients such as alpha-casozepine, GABA, relaxing plant extracts (valerian and passionflower), amino acids such as L-tryptophan, and essential nutrients (magnesium, B vitamins), all associated with supporting the nervous system and reducing behaviors related to stress, anxiety, changes in environment, or behavioral problems.
Hydrolyzed milk protein (provides alpha-casozepine) — 80 mg
Rice germ (provides GABA) — 62.5 mg
Valerian root extract — 50 mg
Valerenic acid — 400 µg
Passiflora incarnata extract — 50 mg
Flavonoids — 2 mg. Lower layer – Extended release
L-tryptophan — 130 mg
Vitamin B6 — 20 mg
Magnesium — 11 mg
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — 2.77 mg
The tablets can be given whole or broken, but not crushed.
They can also be mixed with regular food. Recommended dosage varies according to species and weight.

< 10 kg: 0.5 – 1 tablet/day
10–20 kg: 1 – 2 tablets/day
20–30 kg: 1.5 – 3 tablets/day
30–40 kg: 2 – 4 tablets/day
