INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Sachets: Open the sachet and take the contents directly. Recommended daily dose is between 1 and 3 sachets, depending on diet, age, and individual circumstances.

Bottle: Open the bottle and fill the syringe to the 5 ml mark. Recommended daily dose is between 5 and 5 ml, depending on diet, age, and individual situation.

It can be taken directly or mixed with any non-carbonated liquid, such as water, juice, or milk. It can also be mixed with semi-solid foods such as yogurt, baby food, etc. It does not alter the texture, smell, color, or flavor.
