Composition:
Buckthorn shrub bark - Rhamnus Frangula L.
Active principles:
Contains anthraquinone glycosides A and B, glycosides, dianthrones, flavonoids, tannins.
Therapeutic action:
Laxative-purgative, choleretic (stimulates the contraction of the gallbladder and the evacuation of bile into the intestine), cholagogue (stimulates the secretion of bile).
Recommendations:
Internal: acute and chronic constipation, liver failure, biliary dyskinesia, obesity, skin diseases associated with constipation: acne, allergic eczema, trailing infections, psoriasis. It is also recommended in cases where a soft stool is desired, for example: anal fissures, hemorrhoids.
Administration method:
Internally: moisten 1-2 teaspoons of the product with water, let it rest for 10 minutes, then add 200 ml of boiling water, then boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then filter. Drink a cup of warm tea in the evening before going to bed; if needed, drink the same amount in the morning.
Contraindications:
Diarrhea, chronic diarrhea, highly irritable colon, colon-rectal cancer, intestinal obstructions and inflammations, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis.
Precautions:
The treatment will not be used for more than 7 days. It will not be administered to children under 12 years of age, nor during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
