A daily dose of ^Gynéfam® SUPRA provides the body with the vitamins, trace elements and minerals necessary for the good progress of pregnancy.

Vitamin B9 (or folic acid/folate): in an innovative form, Quatrefolic®.
Quatrefolic® is the biologically active form of folic acid, making folate supplementation suitable for more women.
Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. A low maternal folate level increases the risk of
neural tube defects in the developing fetus.

The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 400 μg of folic acid per day, one month before and up to three months after conception.
Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is involved in normal energy metabolism and the combination of vitamin B12 and vitamin B9 contributes to normal homocysteine ​​metabolism.
Vitamin D: Gynéfam SUPRA provides the daily dose of vitamin D recommended by the Académie Nationale de Médecine, i.e. 800 IU/from the beginning of pregnancy.
