How to assume
1. Slide your foot into the elastic part of the band. The picture shows instructions for putting it on the left foot (to put it on the right foot, turn the band over).

2. Wrap the strap around your ankle.

3. Fasten the Velcro, adjusting the tension of the strap. Try to avoid placing the fastener on the instep as this may cause discomfort when wearing the shoes.
