Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid and liposomal L-ascorbic acid Liposovit®-C), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium oxide, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), TeaXcel® P50 [green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis)], purple coneflower extract (Echinacea purpurea), zinc citrate, niacin (nicotinamide), garlic extract (Allium sativum), manganese gluconate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), L-selenomethionine, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Japanese pagoda tree flower extract (Sophora japonica), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, D-biotin (biotin), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Properties of ingredients

Vitamin C – helps protect cells from oxidative stress, helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, increases iron absorption and helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of the skin.
Vitamin E – helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Manganese – helps in the proper formation of connective tissues, contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Selenium – helps in the proper functioning of the thyroid gland, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps maintain healthy hair and nails.
Vitamin D – helps maintain healthy muscles, bones and teeth and helps in the proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin A – helps maintain proper vision and helps maintain healthy skin.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day, with breakfast and dinner, drink a glass of water.

Safety Warnings

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not exceed 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (-) per day. Do not consume this product if you have consumed other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by individuals under 18 years of age. Do not consume this product on an empty stomach.
