100% hemp seed oil, from organic farming, cold pressed.
Hemp seed oil is known as "nature's perfectly balanced oil", being rich in polysaturated fatty acids, with an optimal ratio between Omega 6 and Omega 3 (3:1). Alpha-Linoleic (AAL) and Linoleic (AL) fatty acids contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily consumption of 2g of ALA and 10g of AL.
The BIO range also includes hemp oil with garlic or basil.

Use: To preserve its nutritional properties, it is consumed without thermal preparation. You can consume 2 tablespoons (approx. 15ml) of oil per day with vegetable or fruit salads, rice, pasta.
Storage: Store in the refrigerator after unsealing.
