Ingredients: Emulsifier (calcium carbonate); bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum); oregano oil (Origanum vulgare) containing 82% carvacrol; anti-caking agent (silica).

The daily portion contains: 150 mg of oregano oil (124 mg of carvacrol).

Directions for use for adults: 3 capsules a day.

Precautions: Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
