Holle Bio whole grain millet porridge is organically produced. It helps complement a healthy and balanced diet for babies from 4 months of age. Its formula is gluten-free, eliminating a protein that affects the health of people with celiac disease.

It is rich in iron, a mineral that promotes the development of mental abilities. It also helps transport oxygen in the blood and contributes to the proper functioning of the body's defense mechanisms. Furthermore, it helps prevent anemia.

It is formulated with millet, a cereal that stands out for its high protein content, especially its carbohydrate content. This grain provides the body with energy. Holle Bio Whole Grain Millet Porridge is indicated to start complementary feeding of children over 4 months old.

There are different ways to prepare this porridge. If you wish to add it to a baby bottle, boil 100 ml of milk with the same amount of water. Then let it cool to 50°C.

When the mixture reaches the indicated temperature, pour it into a dish and add 5 tablespoons of the product (approximately 25 g). Stir until the ingredients are well combined and allow it to cool to 37°C. It is recommended to give it to the child directly with a spoon or in a bottle.

It can also be prepared with just water, breast milk, mashed fruit or with Holle fruit jars.

There is no information regarding side effects from the use of this food product. However, if any adverse reaction is observed in the child, it is advisable to discontinue its use and consult a pediatrician immediately.
