Product characteristics

Inteno Soft absorbent pads provide practical support for the elderly, those who are partially or permanently immobilized, and children. The top layer, made of nonwoven polypropylene, drains fluid into the pad. The middle absorbent layer is a superabsorbent material with cellulose pulp, retaining moisture within the pad, reducing the risk of leakage. The outer layer, made of polyethylene film, protects against leaks.

Indications

Inteno Soft absorbent pads are used as:

• • securing beds, bedding and mattresses for people with urinary incontinence problems,
• • protection against dirt on chairs, armchairs, wheelchairs, etc.,
• • protection of sick people during dressing changes and other medical procedures,
• • protection against soiling when changing diapers in adults and children.

How to use a medical device

Place the pad foil side down, making sure the edges are not bent. Replace the pad when it becomes wet or dirty, then throw it in the trash. Do not flush it down the toilet! This is a single-use product.

Contraindications and precautions

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
This is a medical device. Use it according to the label.
Only for use under adult supervision.
To avoid risk of suffocation, keep packaging out of the reach of children.
Any serious incident involving a device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user or patient is resident.
