How do you use ^Mucura® psyllium husk powder?

Stir 2 scoops (3 g) into a glass (150 ml) of water or orange juice once or twice daily, or sprinkle it into yogurt or muesli. Drink another glass of water (approx. 150 ml) after taking it.
