Recommended dosage

1 x a day 10 g in the morning on an empty stomach. When performing sports activities, it is possible to take 20 g once a day, in the morning, on an empty stomach. Take care of the increased fluid intake! The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Use

Shake before use. One measuring cup represents 25 g. The dilution ratio is from 20 g to 250 ml of water. Pour the appropriate amount of powder into a small amount of water, mix and add to the required volume. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 2 months.
