Preparation and dosage

10 ml of concentrate (from a measuring cup or dispenser) is poured with 400 ml of cold water (hypotonic drink, 150 mOsm/kg) or 600 ml of cold water (hypotonic drink, 100 mOsm/kg). The 1:40 dilution is suitable for high-intensity exercise, long-duration exercise (over 2 hours) and as a post-exercise rehydration drink. The 1:60 dilution is suitable for lower intensity exercise and for exercise lasting up to 2 hours.
