Properties:

Method of administration: Make an infusion of one tablespoon of herbs per 500 ml of water. When the water is boiling, add the herbs, stop boiling, cover with a lid and let cool for 15-20 minutes.
Drink 2 cups of unsweetened tea per day, half an hour before meals.
