Preparation:
- Use a flat, dry surface.
- Clean and dry your hands.
- Open the membrane unit packaging and place it on the stand.
- Place bottle 1 on the red stand.
- Remove the lid and place it nearby.
Blood collection:
- Rub your hands and fingers to increase blood flow.
- Twist and detach the lancet tip.
- Place the lancet near your fingertip and press firmly until you hear a click.
- Prick your finger to get a generous drop of blood.
- Place the pipette tip at an angle to the blood drop.
- Collect blood up to the black line.
- Immediately insert the pipette into vial 1 and squeeze out the blood.
- Close bottle 1.
- Apply the patch to your finger to stop the bleeding.
Tests and results:
- Shake the bottle 4 times and pour all the liquid contained into the membrane holder.
- Shake the bottle 2/4 times and pour out all the liquid inside.
- Take bottle 3 and, without shaking it, pour all the liquid it contains into it.
- Read results in 5 minutes.
