Collagen is the most common structural protein in the body. It constitutes approximately 1/3 of all endogenous proteins. It occurs, among others: in the skin, muscles, teeth. It is the most important component of connective tissue. It is an important element of skin, tendons, bones, joints, hair and nails. Vitamin C is involved in the process of collagen formation.

Ingredients: Collagen (hydrolyzed fish collagen) including fish - (Collagen powder from the skin of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) (including fish), which lives wild in the North Atlantic Ocean), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).

Careful! The supplement does not contain anti-caking agents, so the vitamin C in it can cause fine, orange clumping of the powder. This does not constitute a defect in the product, nor does it reduce its nutritional value.

Daily portion: 5 g per day (2 measuring cups included in the package), dissolve in 100 ml of cold water, consume once, immediately after preparation.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
