Ingredients: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule of plant origin), standardized extract of chokeberry fruit (Aronia melanocarpa (Michx) Elliot) containing 40% vitamin C, standardized extract from rose hips (Rosa canina L.) containing 25% vitamin C, standardized extract from the fruit of malpygia glabra - acerola (Malpighia glabra L.) containing 25% vitamin C.

Daily serving: Take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably after a meal.
