Afrodyta Efime in liquid form is a food supplement dedicated to supporting the health of the skin, hair and nails.

It contains extracts of Verisol® collagen, keratin, L-cystine, horsetail, nettle and bamboo, as well as a set of vitamins and minerals.

The ingredients contained in the preparation help to maintain the health of the skin: horsetail, vitamin C and B2 and iodine. Stinging nettle, horsetail and selenium have a supporting effect on hair and nail health. In addition, they also protect cells against oxidative stress: vitamin C, riboflavin, copper and selenium. Zinc helps maintain healthy hair, skin and nails, and copper helps maintain proper skin and hair pigmentation.

The composition of the food supplement Afrodyta Efime also contains a high content of biotin, which helps to maintain the health of hair and skin. We also added vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormone activity.
