4. Leave the mask on your hair for as long as possible. An ideal time is 5 minutes. Extra tip: For even better hydration, wrap your hair in a warm towel. All masks, especially moisturizing ones, work more effectively in a warm environment.
5. Rinse thoroughly. It is recommended to rinse with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and "seal" all the nutrients. However, there are also creams that can be left on the hair without rinsing (leave on).
