KETO Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookie Mix 365g FIVE TRANSFORMATIONS

Gluten-free KETO chocolate cookie baking mix.

Preparation method:

1. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add 1 egg and 100 g of melted, cooled butter.
3. Stir with a spoon, then knead with your hands.
4. Roll out the dough thinly between two sheets of baking paper and cut out any shapes with a cookie cutter. You can also shape the cookies by hand.
5. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients: Almond flour, erythritol (sweetener), coconut flour, dark chocolate without added sugar* 8%, inulin, Ceylon cinnamon, Klodawska salt.

*Chocolate ingredients: cocoa mass 60%, sweetener (erythritol 29.5%, steviol glycosides 0.03%), cocoa butter, inulin, defatted cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla flavour.
