One tablet contains:
300 mg Calcium, 200 mg Magnesium, 75 mg Vitamin C, 5 mg Iron, 5 mg Zinc, 400 µg Folic Acid, 75 µg Iodine.
Mode of administration:
Administer 1 tablet daily, during the meal, with sufficient liquid, unchewed.
2 month cures, followed by 1 month break; minimum 2 cures per year.
