Propolis - what is it?

Propolis , also known as propolis, is a natural substance collected by bees from the buds and young shoots of trees and herbaceous plants. For bees, it serves as protection against bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms. For humans, propolis is a valuable ingredient that can enrich the daily diet. Its properties have been valued for centuries. It was already used by the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Greece and Rome. Today, propolis is used, among other things, in the production of sprays and pills, cosmetics and food supplements, and scientists are constantly researching its valuable properties and discovering new potential applications.

Miody Polskie liquid propolis contains only 2 ingredients: 10% propolis and 70% ethyl alcohol. The small volume of the product to be administered facilitates daily use, which is particularly important for people with swallowing difficulties. The package comes with two tips that allow you to choose a convenient method of application: the preparation can be used in the form of drops after dilution in water or directly on the lips in the form of a spray.
