Recommended dosage

Mix a dose of 25 g in 200 ml of water. If you need to supplement protein, consume 1-2 servings per day between meals. Maximum 2 doses per day. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Use

25 g = about 1 and 2/3 of a measuring cup. Mix in a shaker according to the recommended dose. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25°C and consume within 4 months.
