Ethereal Blend - For fatigue

A carefully refined original blend of natural essential oils: lemon, lavender and sage. Regenerates and refreshes.

Acquisition:
Lemon - pressing,
Lavender - distillation,
Sage - distillation.

How to use:
BATH – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with the base oil). For one bath, use 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of basic oil.
MASSAGE – selected essential oils are added to the basic oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of basic oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix.
Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
One teaspoon (5 ml) of basic oil is usually 2-3 drops of essential oils.
SPRAYING – fill the water container in the aromatic fireplace with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.

Attention! Safety of use:
- oils should not be used by pregnant women and children without first consulting a doctor.
- protect your eyes from direct contact with the oil.
- do not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin, except tea tree and lavender oil.
- do not use in case of known allergy to the oil
- avoid the sun and UV lamps after using citrus oils.

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO THE USE OF OILS
– do not use in the first months of pregnancy: peppermint, thyme
– do not use during pregnancy: cedar, myrrh, cypress, fennel, juniper, marjoram, rosemary, sage (has a contracting effect).
– do not use in case of hypertension: thyme
– do not use in epilepsy: rosemary, fennel
– do not use internally (do not drink)
