Ingredients:
Essential oils of Cypress, Niaouli, Ravintsara, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Myrtle. Actions: Expectorant, emollient, liquefies bronchial secretions, antibacterial, antiviral, antispasmodic, eases breathing, calming, antioxidant

Mode of administration:
INTERNAL USE
Children: 6 - 16 years: 1 drop 4 times a day or, preferably, on the recommendation of the specialist consultant, as follows: to each drop of essential oil mixture, add 2 drops of natural Activator solubilizer, then this mixture is diluted in minimum 10 ml of water or herbal maceration. The mixture is made only when it is consumed.
It can also be administered in honey, combined with propolis tincture as follows: add 1 drop of the mixture together with 5-10 drops of propolis tincture to a spoonful of natural honey, 4 times a day.
Adults and children over 16 years: 2 drops 4 times a day or, preferably, on the recommendation of the specialist consultant, as follows: to each drop of essential oil mixture, add 4 drops of natural Activator solubilizer, then this mixture is diluted in minimum 20 ml of water or herbal maceration.
It can also be administered in honey, combined with propolis tincture as follows: add 2 drops of the mixture together with 10-20 drops of propolis tincture to a spoonful of natural honey, 4 times a day. Always respect the ratio of 1 - 2 drops of essential oil mixture to 2 - 4 drops of natural Activator solubilizer, then diluted in 10 - 20 ml of water or plant maceration.
EXTERNAL USE
Inhalations:
- pour boiling water into a bowl and add 5-6 drops of oil mixture. Immediately place the head covered with a towel over the bowl, covering the bowl so that the resulting vapors do not dissipate. The distance from the vessel is large at the beginning, until an accommodation with the temperature of the steam is achieved, then it decreases gradually bringing the face of the vessel closer to the vessel. The inhalation process should last 10 minutes and consists of light and deep breaths. After inhalation, great physical efforts or contact with cold air should be avoided.
Cutaneous administration:
- mix 6 drops of oil mixture in 10-15 ml of vegetable oil (olive oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil) and apply on the chest, in the upper part of the back, 4 times a day. After a maximum of 7 days of administration, there is a break of at least 5 days.
It is recommended to carry out a simple tolerance test before use. Apply 1 drop on the crease of the elbow; if after a few hours no redness or itching is observed, then this essential oil recipe can be safely used.
Tablets:
- add 2-3 drops of the mixture of essential oils as follows: to each drop of synergy to 4 drops of natural Activator solubilizer. Pour hot water (about half a liter) into a bowl and add the required dose of essential oil mixture combined with the natural Activator solubilizer. It is stirred in the yang direction (counter-clockwise direction) with a glass rod. Then soak a piece of gauze or a cotton napkin in the respective water, squeeze it well and place it on the neck. The compress is kept between 20 minutes and maximum 1 hour, maximum 2 times a day. After using the compresses, do not go out in the cold for at least 2 hours.
Contraindications:
Hormone-dependent diseases, serious cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, breastfeeding and children under 6 years old. Activator Amplifies the degree of absorption!
