Content:
Fenugreek seed powder, obtained by slow grinding of fenugreek seeds on a traditional mill with stones. Through slow grinding, the nutritional value of the flour obtained is superior to that of industrially ground flour.

Active principles for internal use:
Fatty acids (oleic, palmitic, linoleic, stearic), alkaloids, amino acids, triterpenes, flavones, saponins, steroids, resins, tannins, volatile oils (nigelone and quinone), calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, selenium, copper, phosphorus, zinc, vitamins.

How to use:
It is recommended 3 spoons/day, in cures or delicate culinary preparations, such as salads, sauces, yogurt or mixed with honey.
